Professional BackgroundDr. Vijaya Koka, MD, FACC, is a distinguished cardiologist with a wealth of experience spanning several decades. Currently serving at the Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida, Dr. Koka has been committed to providing exceptional cardiac care since January 2007.
Dr. Koka’s journey in medicine began at Guntur Medical College in India, where he earned his MBBS and MD degrees. He furthered his training with internships and residencies in internal medicine at prestigious institutions such as Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, iwhere he was Chief Resident .
