Professional Background
Professional BackgroundKelli LaConte is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan. She earned both her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University—graduating summa cum laude in her FNP program—and began her nursing career after completing her Associate Degree in Nursing at Taylor College.
Before advancing to practice as an APRN, Kelli served in hospital and outpatient leadership roles, including RN Practice Supervisor at Millennium Physician Group, RN Clinical Manager in primary care, and RN on the vascular unit at UF Health/Shands. Through these roles and her FNP clinical rotations in internal medicine and pediatrics, she built deep experience in comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, and care coordination for high-risk and value-based care populations.
Kelli’s clinical interests include chronic care management, preventive health, and patient and family education. She is committed to clear communication, shared decision-making, and helping patients feel confident in their care plans. -
