    Anthony’s journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida, where he concentrated on premedical studies and gained specialized knowledge in human anatomy and physiology, immunology, virology, and epidemiology. He continued his academic pursuits with a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida, where he engaged in interdisciplinary coursework covering the foundational curriculum of medical school.

    Driven by his passion for patient care, Anthony pursued further education and earned his Associates Degree in Nursing from the College of Central Florida, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Practitioner Adult Gerontology Primary Care from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

    With a solid educational foundation, Anthony embarked on his professional career, starting as a Medical Assistant at 441 Urgent Care Center and later at the Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida. His dedication and commitment led him to progress into roles as a Registered Nurse and eventually as a Nurse Practitioner at the Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida, where he currently practices.

    In addition to his clinical roles, Anthony has actively contributed to research initiatives, serving as a Clinical Research Coordinator Assistant for the EUCLID study and as a Lab Research Assistant in the Molecular Genetics Laboratory at the University of Florida.

    Anthony’s commitment to serving his community extends beyond his professional duties, as evidenced by his ongoing volunteer work at La Guadalupana Free Health Clinic in Ocala, FL, where he continues to make a meaningful impact in improving access to healthcare for underserved populations.
