Kaylee Merians, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kaylee Merians is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based cardiovascular care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. She also holds dual Associate degrees in Nursing and Arts from the College of Central Florida.

Before joining Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida, Kaylee gained over five years of diverse clinical experience in neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and surgical care within acute hospital settings. Her broad background includes travel nursing across multiple hospitals, as well as specialized experience in neurology and family medicine.

At CVI, Kaylee provides comprehensive evaluation and management for patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions. She is skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for both acute and chronic illnesses. Her approach focuses on patient education, prevention, and long-term wellness, empowering patients to take an active role in managing their heart health.

Kaylee is passionate about advancing patient outcomes through communication, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. She values building trust with her patients and ensuring each visit is both informative and reassuring.
